Abstract

PROBLEM: The Guatemalan educational system in its ethnic, linguistic and cultural diversity, has various aspects that must be addressed for it to be effective. The problem is that there are many elements that affect its efficiency and affect the quality of education. What factors of the educational system determine its complexity and knowledge? This question will be resolved through a hermeneutical study that allows for the holistic identification of the main processes, subjects and elements that intervene in the making of education in Guatemala. OBJECTIVE: proposing an educational system that does not order, but organizes, that does not manipulate but communicates, that does not direct, but encourages, implies considering knowledge that knowledge cannot neglect. RESULTS: attention has been partial and that has caused chaos within it, it is important to teach understanding, the ethics of the human race, time and history so that we know the past that helps us understand the present and locate ourselves in the future, a system is needed that addresses unity within diversity, the subjective within the objective, individuality within the community. UNFINISHED REFLECTION: a reform of thought is necessary that is characterized by an ethical, anthropological and epistemological education and that its foundation is the knowledge of knowledge to decomplex this educational system.
