Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Generate coverage strategies for the complexity of inclusive education as support for teaching work in the educational system of Guatemala. METHOD: A literary investigation was implemented taking the contributions of Edgar Morin in his work The Seven Necessary Knowledge for the Education of the Future, which deals with the human condition, also including the literary works of inclusive education by Booth, and Mel, Salas Guzmán, and Morales Ramírez. Thus achieving a hermeneutical historical approach that allowed us to intertwine the complexity of inclusive education and the contribution that various authors generate to the educational topic investigated. RESULTS: Among the aspects to highlight are the existing complexity, currently in inclusive education and the results that are reflected in the educational system of Guatemala around teacher preparation for the development of inclusive education. UNFINISHED REFLECTION: Inclusive education currently within the educational system of Guatemala presents a degree of complexity for teachers at all levels, its complexity extends the focus within the parameters of the educational system taking into account that inclusive education begins from the pre-primary education classrooms and that it never stops ending throughout the educational process, which is why it reaches its greatest complexity every day.
