PROBLEM: Why should the current teacher know the term complexity? OBJECTIVE: Identify current problems based on complexity in the educational field. METHOD: It is a documentary bibliographic study of the reading carried out. RESULTS: If we want to know where our education is going, it is necessary to investigate our present and make reforms that will help in the future. By knowing the terminology of complexity, teachers will be able to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge, making education meaningful learning for students, strengthening the multiple intelligences of each student. Morin applies the concept of the subject to every living reality, whatever it may be. The subject has three characteristics: his autonomy, his individuality and his ability to process information. Man is the most complex subject. It is understood then that for the student to be able to function in the educational field, the teacher must recognize his or her own autonomy, individuality, applying methodologies specific to each student, thus ensuring that each student can process the information taught in a realistic and dynamic way. UNFINISHED REFLECTION: Education has been transformed from different points, each teacher must know the educational reforms and updates, to be able to carry out teaching work effectively. It leads us to reflect that to make a significant change, different technological tools must be applied because the same system worldwide requires it and it is of utmost importance that the teacher is the one who knows about these tools to be able to teach students in a dynamic way.
